*For Assembly Services, die-cut designs, and orders of 300 pieces or more, add 1 extra day of processing time. Personalized storybooks require 14 or 21 days processing time, plus shipping. Shipping and processing charges are designed to compensate the seller for its shipping costs and help offset the costs for receiving and processing orders, maintaining inventory and related warehousing costs. All charges are subject to a fuel surcharge and/or delivery area surcharge.

Pear Tree cannot ship to an international address. Many of our customers use www.myus.com, a package forwarding service, to have their orders shipped outside the U.S.

Most orders should arrive in 3-8 business days, depending on the shipping method you choose. This includes 2 days for processing and printing. See Shipping Options for exceptions and details.
