Street Party
Spooky Eyes Halloween Invitations
Have a block party on Halloween night! Give prizes for the best-decorated house, light up the street with jack-o-lanterns and let there be dancing in the streets. Have activities and plenty of candy for the kids and they will be happy to stick around. (Be sure to get permission from your city to close off the street.)

Haunted House

Halloween Monster Bash by PrettyMyParty.com

Halloween is just weeks away and PrettyMyParty.com wanted to share their spooky, but kid-friendly Halloween party ideas with you!

Googly Eyed Monster Halloween Invitations
This Halloween Monster Bash was so much fun to plan. The fun Googly Eyed Monster Halloween Invitation by Pear Tree Greetings and printable designs from Cupcake With Character were the inspiration behind this shoot. I incorporated red, purple, black and orange throughout the table with chevron accents. I wanted to make it kid-friendly, yet keep the Halloween vibe, so I purchased two black Halloween trees from Michaels. I loved them and knew they would be the perfect “spooky” addition to the dessert table. I’m all about the sparkle, so I thought it would be fun to add that element to the table with glitter accents, including custom-designed red and purple sparkle wooden utensils with monster googly eyes. Thinking of having your own monster bash? Be sure to check out Pear Tree Greetings for everything monster including their Google Eyed Monster Halloween Invitations, Monster Bash Kids Party Decorations, Monster Bash Kids Gift Tags, and Halloween Photo Cards!

Brandon is still very young at heart and likes to teach kids how to use their imaginations to create illustrations.Activities for KidsSo, this year Brandon made it his personal goal to hold a class and create some activities for kids around drawing. He settled on drawing different kinds of monsters. He began by finding a location to host the class and then started developing posters, flyer handouts, a newspaper ad and website artwork to announce the class. Brandon and Michelle, another amazing Pear Tree designer, went around schools to hand out the flyers to teachers and hang the posters at local activity centers. Brandon put in a lot of hard work organizing and preparing the activities for kids.Activities for Kids Continue reading
