First, we are both Musical Theatre Students in College. For our Senior Showcase, we did “People Will Say We’re in Love” from the musical Oklahoma. During our last performance, our families were there. The show was going like it had in the past, and all of a sudden, I hear him singing when it was not his turn. I instantly became anxious (As an actor this is the scariest moment. Your mind goes a million miles a minute). I did not break character. My back was turned on him the whole time. Tied Up in Love

We asked our Facebook fans to come up with a name for this unique wedding invitation that’s wrapped up perfectly with a ribbon to reveal two favorite photos and We Do text. Our fans did a great job with titles like: You Are Cordially InviTIED; Ribbon of Love; The Ties that Bind Us. But, our winning entry is “Tied Up in Love” by Gretta. It is a perfect name for this creative, fun and, oh so personalized invitation.

Tied Up in LoveAs the winner of our Name This Card Contest, Gretta gets $50 to spend on anything at www.peartreegreetings.com. “It could not have come at a better time because one of my dearest friends is getting married and we are having a bridal shower for her,” Gretta said.

We hope she has a wonderful time shopping for bridal shower invitations. Hey, maybe this will be the card her neighbor uses for their unique wedding invitation!

Cards you created. Ideas we love.

Alexa and Eric

Meet the happy couple: Alexa and Eric went to high school together, but didn’t start dating until after Eric was out of school. Eric had always been a talented writer, Alexa said, he has written a lot of poems and songs so one night after dinner and a movie he played a song he had written for me when we first started dating and then got down on one knee and proposed. “It was very romantic,” Alexa said.

Alexa and Eric chose a graduation announcement from our site and turned it into a gorgeous wedding invitation. “We were looking specifically for an invite that allowed us to add our own pictures and that folded,” Alexa said. “We found the grad announcement and thought it fit the style of our pictures perfect so we tried it out and fell in love!”

When you have an idea in mind of what you want don’t compromise your taste. You can create the card you want with the designs we offer. Alexa and Eric knew they wanted a folded card, one they could add their pictures to and was at a price they could afford. And that’s exactly what they got by researching different product and making it work with the photos they had and the colors they wanted.

Alexa said they are most looking forward to settling down and spending all their spare time together.

We wish them the best of luck as they begin their new journey together.
