For Internet Explorer
Delete temporary files in Internet Explorer 7
- Begin by clicking the Windows Start button, selecting Control Panel and then Internet Options
- Click the General tab, find your Browsing history and click Delete
- Select the Delete button next to Temporary Internet files, Cookies, History and Form Data
- You will need to confirm that you want to delete this information
- After you have deleted each item, click OK.

- Begin by clicking the Windows Start button, selecting Control Panel and then Internet Options
- Click the General tab, find your Browsing history and click Delete
- Select the check box next to each category of information you want to delete.
- Select the Preserve Favorites website data check box if you do not want to delete the cookies and files associated with websites in your Favorites list. (If you have saved PearTreeGreetings.com as a favorite site, you will need to deselect this option)
- After selecting each item you wish to clear, click delete and then OK.

- Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button
- In the search box, type Internet Explorer and select it from the list
- Click the Tools button, and then click Internet options
- Click the General tab and under Browsing history select Delete
- In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, select Temporary Internet files, click Delete and then click OK.
For Firefox
Delete temporary files in Firefox for PC (Firefox versions 3.6.3 - current)
- Click the Tools tab (on the file toolbar) in the top left hand corner
- On the drop down screen click on Options. If the option to "clear recent history" is available on the drop down, select it and proceed to step 4.
- Select the Privacy tab, and from the link that "clear your recent history"
- Check mark the following selections
- Browsing and Download History
- Form and Search History
- Cookies, Cache, Active Logins
- Click "clear now" and then OK to confirm
- Exit and re-launch the browser

- Click the Firefox menu
- Select Preferences
- Select Advanced
- Click the Networ
tab - In the ’Offline Storage’ section, click Clear Now and then click the OK
- Exit and re-launch the browser
For Safari
Delete temporary internet files in Safari (v3.0 - current)
- From the Safari tab, select Empty Cache and confirm Empty
- From the Safari tab, choose Preferences
- From here, find the Security tab which will display a list of urls
- Select the cookies with the verbiage "Tiny Prints" and click the Remove button
- Once you have removed all of the cookies, click Done
- Exit and re-launch the browser
For Google Chrome
Delete temporary internet files in Chrome
- Click the Wrench icon on the browser toolbar
- Select the Tools option
- Select Clear browsing data in the dialog box that appears and check the following:
- Clear download history
- Empty the cache
- Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data
- Clear saved Autofill form data
- Select the time frame (1 hour, 2 hour etc.) that you need to delete
- Click Clear browsing data
- Exit and re-launch the browser
